Editorial Policy

Independence

Dextorin Crisis Brief operates independently of any corporation, organization, government body, or commercial interest. Editorial decisions — including topic selection, coverage emphasis, and article conclusions — are made solely by the editorial team on the basis of editorial judgment.

Sourcing

Coverage is based on publicly documented governance discussions, institutional reports, and editorial observation of documented patterns. The Brief does not publish materials derived from confidential, privileged, or obtained-without-authorization sources. Where documents are cited, citations are to publicly available records only.

The Brief does not fabricate data, statistics, quotations, or attribution. Where interpretation is offered, it is clearly marked as editorial analysis, not documented fact.

Scope Limitations

The Brief does not cover topics outside its defined cluster: crisis communications and decision-making in Canadian boardroom contexts. It does not provide financial, investment, or consumer finance commentary or guidance. It does not report on named individuals except in documented, publicly attributed governance roles.

Corrections

Where factual errors are identified, the Brief corrects them and notes the correction at the foot of the affected article with the date of correction. Material corrections affecting the article's main conclusions will be noted prominently. Corrections may be submitted via the contact form.

Conflict of Interest

The Brief has no paid relationships with organizations in its coverage area. It does not accept sponsored content, native advertising, or editorially constrained partnerships. No individual or organization has editorial approval rights over Brief content.
